Mindfulness
Hi bloggers this week was the last week of Mindfulness and we did it for calm , don't get angry at small things . In mindfulness The teachers name was Stephanie and she so kind to us, we only had 4 classes on Wednesdays. We did stretching , candle breaths and so many different thing in it. Doing all these things were so much fun to do and I love doing the Boat pose. I also liked doing the Tree pose you had to stand up and do the Tree pose and doing all this was so cool and the hardest one was the Boat pose. I hope you like my blog about Mindfulness.
