Fitness plan and the diary's

                   Fitness plan and the diaries


Hello bloggers for the last two weeks we have been doing fitness plan in our diaries. In the fitness plan what you have written down in your fitness plan that's what you do. So if you have wrote 20 push ups and 4 laps around the court or maybe 15 burpees you have to do it all for you fitness plan and you have 15 minutes to do all the 9 thing that you have wrote. For a example If you wrote 15 burpees, 25 push ups, 4 laps around the field and hold plan for 2 minutes. 

Now onto the diary's you have to do 4 tests and the first one is hold plank for long as you can me and my friend Ros (Go check out his blog!) topped at one minute but we forgot about that you can go long as you want to LOL!!!. How many burpees can you do in 60 second and I got 18 burpees done in that amount of time.  Then we did the 10 meter run forward and back I got 7.5 laps done in the 60 seconds time.

The final thing we did was the Endurance run there were 3 points if you go pass one you get 0.1 so in that I got 6.2 laps done the worst thing is I was so close to my 7 lap. That our fitness plan and the fitness diary's I felt that is really good. This is the link of my fitness plan on my chromebook.
